"Alabama Pool Kings (APK) gets highest ratings for customer service & integrity! Through no fault of APK, we received a "new" custom spa from the manufacturer (CalSpa) that was damaged. While CalSpa distanced themselves from the problem, APK stepped up & ordered a replacement spa. Dustin, APK owner, incurred additional out-of-pocket expenses on the new spa & accompanied the delivery to ensure everything was done right & we were happy. APK staff are knowledgeable & friendly. Janie was amazing throughout the whole ordeal. APK delivery guys were great! John & Fred were efficient, smart & strong - they handled the delivery & placement of the spa expertly. We appreciate APK & how they turned a bad situation into a winning outcome. We would do business with them again!
